Hence why you just have to keep going in. It’s 20 mins and unlimited tries any time of day and any day of the week, so if you want to fully explore everything, you can. If you have trouble, you just play with some friends or use LFG to get through parts quicker so you can explore further in the mission. If there’s anything hidden or Easter eggs, they’re not likely at the very end boss fight anyways.

  • I get all that. My point is they spent all this time and effort designing this beautiful space and then put a timer for how long you'll allow people to explore the area. I dont have issues with the timer mechanic as it's a challenge that bungie is offering. But they should consider opening up the space for people to explore as well.

  • At least half of it is the same Tower from D1 and much of it in the same state as the beginning of D2. So we're mostly seeing the same space with the maze underneath being the bulk of what's new. Which is pretty much just... vents. Would be cool as an explorable map, but I doubt there's anything special hidden in there.
