Make ALL SPARROWS fast transmat
This should be a default feature. I'd love to use some of the other perks, but a sparrow I have to wait a few beats for...is a sparrow that's disqualified from my inventory.
Just make them all fast transmat. Then employ varied perks on top.

I don't care if it can drive through walls and boost me to light level 9999999. If it doesn't have fast transmat then it gets immediately deleted.
