As title says. The caveat is that the clanmate in question has already completed everything needed for Outbreak Perfected on his titan, and got the gun, and has done all the prerequisites on his warlock up to and including Zero Hour. We've done it twice with no visible issues, and he's simply not getting the weapon. Is this intended, or is there actually a bug involved?
