what happened to xur having random rolls now after latest patch?
Just curious, I read in one of the twabs that the armor would start getting random rolls. I assumed it was gonna be like spider and the cost goes up for each daily purchase attempt at random rolls. Is it broken, not implemented or confusing so that only bungie knows.
