Probably the worst super in the game and has been since launch? I don't understand why when trying counter a super it takes so long to trigger? You're dead before you've suppressed the other super. People have been wanting this for a while now, why hasn't ANYTHING been done about it?

1 ReplyMaybe if they can stop it tethering through walls that would be an improvement.
-
9 RepliesI'm still waiting for Titans to get a buff so they have decent supers in PvP and PvE.
-
3 Repliesthe fact that a grenade is more effective than a super is disappointing
-
1 ReplyWhat is funny is the same thing happened in D1 and Bungie finally addressed it in Year 3. My guess is they will fix this one as well when D3 is ready to launch.
When it comes to Hunters, Bungie only likes to nerf us into the ground; we are very lucky if we get an actual, substantial buff at any point.
1 ReplyI kinda disagree, it’s all about timing and placement
-
2 RepliesYou’ve clearly never used it in mayhem or control
-
3 RepliesFrom a PvE perspective my only issue is when tethered bosses just walk or jump out of it. Like what? No -blam!-, you're anchored to the floor. You don't get to just walk out of it.

It has range that no one uses because maps are too cramped and it flies so slowly regardless. That said the range allows it to be used very safely if you are actually good at predicting enemy behavior. Oh and it seeks targets in a range from a bit to very/too generously. Sorta unreliable at times. Black hole tether is a no excuse super. You can set it in a high traffic area camp or forget it while you screw off somewhere else and charge the next. You're perception that it isn't aggressive enough is correct, because it's not meant to be. Especially if you are fighting close range. You're using a bow and arrow, and class that is meant to trap its prey first. Functionality wise gunslinger is what you are after. About the only thing I could agree with is instant suppression on hit, but again range is intended.

2 RepliesTeather?
-
1 ReplyI get unbanned on my main account today so the moderators here cant suppress me anymore
-
Anybody ever thought that the reason tether sucks was because of the go fast update? Bungie did say movement speed and sprint speed are faster the d1's.
-
-
Agreed, loved my tether in d1. Sucks balls so bad in d2.
-
Nope. Loser fun sucking super
-
I have buff leather that activates her quicker... wait... is that too sexist?
-
Nah make the 6 shot path oneshot on direct hit, was basically the cooler version of golden in D1... Now it just feels like a long cooldown grenade.
-
1 ReplyI'll do you one better https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/251983616

11 RepliesYep a shitty player who wants something buffed because there bad with it.
-
2 RepliesBUNGIE THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT
-
Only change I think it could use is the actual activation/tether speed.
-
13 RepliesI love how many hunters asks for a buff of the tether suddendly... Maybe because they left behind them their crutch super called spectral blades to start using infinite invis with the tonic. How funny...at least if it can make the tether being improved it would be awesome.

4 RepliesSHADOW SHOT IS ALREADY OVERPOWERED

1 ReplyThat's what I'm saying the whole time. I'm using the way of the pathfinder because to see what I can do in crucible with it and to all the people that saying it don't need a buff you're completely wrong. Have you ever seen a hunter using quiver... no. That's why it need to be buff to make balance in the super.
