Firstly, this weapon is good and I like it but I would like to love it. 4 steps to make this weapon a "Pinnacle" weapon. 1. Merge the Dragonfly and Meganeura perk. Leaving one spot for another perk. 2. Increase the Dragonfly radius as Meganeura stacks linearly. +0.5M, +0.5m, + 1m, +2M and + 4M For a total of 8 Meters of additional Dragonfly. 3. Increase Oxygen Damage with Meganeura stacks. +4% per stack in PvE. +2% in PvP. 20% More damage in PvE. 10% more damage in PvP. 4. Add Rapid Hit perk. New Meganeura tooltip should read: Dragonfly increases in strength and size as you apply precision hits. Meganeura increases the damage of Oxygen SR3 as you gain stacks. And boom, you got a monster scout rifle!!
