Bloom doesn't change a weapon's time to kill. This is so funny.

1 Reply????? Most hand cannons can't compete because of bloom. Nerfing wasn't the solution.

It is rng. This community hates rng right? You shoot on someone’s head: Nope. Bloom says nope. -
Because some idiot made a video telling people that the reason they cant hit with a hand cannon is due to bloom, and they believed it.

Having your shots not go where they are supposed to does change time to kill very randomly actually.

1 ReplyBloom was an issue back in Halo Reach. Seems like history repeating itself.

You're right. So if it doesn't change it then why even have it? Most of the hand cannons can be countered, EASILY. Even if they were to get their spam fire accuracy back they would still be easily countered. Yes there are a select few that are good. But the rest are either gathering dust in collections or in the vault. Scouts and hand cannons require 3-4 shots to kill. So even if hand cannons got ridiculous range back there's nothing that makes them kill quicker. Yes there is a way to get 2 taps but that requires work. First you need the proper loadout, plus abilities that increase damage such as warlock rift and kills from a certain weapon such as drang. Without those things the guns will remain a 3-4 shot kill. NF and Luna were the exceptions.

I think it’s mostly because people don’t want unnecessary RNG in fights. When I shoot at you, I want to see it do damage, not watch my bullet go whizzing off into the distance.

They seem to think bloom is what’s holding other hand cannons back, when really it’s stability. Still doesn’t fix the issue of Luna vs auto/pulse

I do not know, good sir.
