Question about Bergusian Night shader and how to get it.
I know it can be a random drop on curated weapons from the Bergusian Forge and the SOTP raid.
For the forge, my question is, that do I need to complete a powerful frame in order to have a chance to get it to drop? Does it drop randomly on weapons from the forge, or just curated weapons?
I really want this shader, but only get weapons and armor to drop in the normal shader.

Only from bergosia forge whilst completing powerful frames, So that's 2chances per week per character

It only drops on curated (fully masterworked) weapons that drop from Forge completions. If you want to give yourself the best chance of getting one. Run a powerful weapon frame bounty from Ada-1. Then complete it in the Bergusia Forge. If you get one, it will drop as an ADDITIONAL drop to the weapon you get completing the bounty (so you'll get two weapons). Then to free up the shader, you have to dismantle the weapon it comes on. The weapon is more valuble to me than the shader....but to each his own. But focus on powerful frames. The odds of getting one from any other one are effectively zero.

4 RepliesNot that I want to piss on your parade, but I've done over 100 Blast Furnaces frames, and many others (probably total at about 400 frames). I got only two curated rolls - Spiteful Fang, which I like and regularly use, and Kindled Orchid, which I also like and use. So, uhm, good luck.

I’ve gotten it on a curated auto from the forge, it dropped along side another auto so I’m pretty sure you need to be doing a powerful frame at the time.

Pretty sure I got it from the SotP raid somwhere. I think it was a currated scout rifle though.

You just complete the powerful frame and go to bergusia. Boom, got my last curated last week. Forged out

Curated Forge weapons (with BN shader) only have a chance to drop from Bergusia Forge when completing a powerful frame. Thus you have 6 chances per week to obtain the shader by this method. Alternatively, all 4 SotP raid chests have a chance to drop a curated raid weapon with the shader, thus at least 12 opportunities per week (could be more depending on RNG - eg: 2 drops from one chest)

It only drops with curated weapons. For me, it dropped from a curated Furnace from the Furnace frame (curated drops are specific to whatever gun frame you’re making). It looks dope btw; I have it on my god roll Furnace and it looks so sexy.

You can get it by farming Bergius forge and getting guns and deleting them

Tbh just raid I’m pretty sure you’ll get a bellowing giant or tempered dynamo guaranteed
