So now knowing that this will be automatically rewarded if you obtain just 20 orbs of light out of a required 200. What about the people who actually Grinded the 200 orbs in qp. I say you get a different variant of the emblem. If obtained before the next patch update.

Dropping to 20 seems too much, but a drop is right as they removed revelry orb generation in Gambit after the first week. Anyone doing Gambit in that first week would have reached the target easily in no time. Those who couldn't play during that week (Easter holiday period remember) would be at a clear disadvantage. Seems fair to me. Maybe they could have gone to 50 or 75 as at least people would have had to clear at least all the Iron Bounties on 1 character to get that far.

1 ReplyI’ve got the emblem so will keep it equipped until the masses all get it then put something else on. It’s just an emblem that is only time consuming to get and therefore easily obtained by everyone. The 2500 kill while under the Iron Burden emblem is an accomplishment. There’s an emblem to be proud of. Honestly “Making content is hard” I can’t see Bungie taking time away from their regular tasks to reward those who got 200 orbs in Crucible. Seems pretty trivial.

I mean.. I’ve got over 400, but I didn’t sweat it they just dropped I don’t really care about the emblem, I’m just laughing at the casuals
