Oxygen SR3 is underwhelming
As a pinnacle weapon that takes a while to grind for the Oxygen SR3 is underwhelming. The Breakneck from the previous season was fantastic. What Oxygen SR3 needs is a precision damage buff of %10 for every stack of Meganeura.

It's Underwhelming as a Scout, but it's diabolically shit as a pinnacle weapon. When compared to pvp ones it's a total JOKE
