The problem is other guns aren’t good enough. We are mainly in a 180 HC and pulse meta due to their consistency across all stats compared to other guns. Other weapons aren’t as flexible or reliable in a gunfight compared to these weapons. We saw after all the rough nerfs we had in D1 that we finally got some buffs to lots of stuff and there was about 3 guns in every type of weapon that were competitive with each other making for a diverse pvp sandbox. Right now Bungie is on that nerf train thinking that If they break LH and NF that it’ll make other weapons more appealing. But it won’t, they’ll still be shit and still be inconsistent. I forgot what you tuber said it but he said “if a kid is playing with a train and no other toys in a room, you don’t break the train to make the other toys appealing.” This is exactly what Bungie is doing.

Ummm the problem is deeper than that my friend. You really should read my post. And leave a comment on it about what you think. I feel like you commented without reading my post. Please read it. Please give me an idea. Because the problem is WAY DEEPER than you think.

No I read your post I just dont agree with some of it and also Bungie is too far into D2 to implement some of these changes. The problem is is what happens when they are nerfed? People with Luna and NF will probably still use them and people without them will still use what they have used and will still complain. They didnt shake anything up because no other type of weapons got a buff. The sandbox is still going to be the same. The meta may barely change but not really. People think the nerf is going to make them better at crucible bc the best weapons are getting a nerf. But nerfing them STILL makes other weapons that arent strong still shit.

I was mostly talking about D3. D2 probably isn't super important to Bungie anymore at this point. But I know that we need major CORE GAMEPLAY changes to have a better PvP experience. Not a nerf here and a nerf there.
