Why on earth do I always see people responding to queries about the towers location say “it’s in Russia”. The justification that they give is usually the same “Oh the wall around the city is the same as the one in old Russia”. No it’s not people. There’s tons of evidence to contradict that fact. Exhibit 1: Hawthorne and Amanda both say something to the effect of across the pond when talking about the edz. The pond is most commonly used to denote the Atlantic Ocean. Exhibit 2: the colony lore tab mentions a snek living near the northern part of the wall that only lives in northern South America (I know it’s an oxymoron) up to the Yucatán peninsula. TL;DR the city isn’t in Russia you dumkopfs
