The LP’s are good but quite honestly don’t come close to the Stompee’5. The Quick Draw perk can be mimicked by sprint swap. The best thing about them is the accuracy buff but if you can time your shots then that becomes redundant too. I never pair TLW with a scout because the only scout I use is the Mida. But a good sniper is a Fate Cry’s Fowl with Snapshot and Moving Target or Rampage. Personally I go with Enhanced Sniper Targeting because that gives + 15 AA. I believe the precision targeting only gives a +5 which won’t be that noticeable especially if your hip firing TLW which I do 95% of the time. Unflinching is a funny one. You’ve got to be firing already for it to work so it’s not much use on a sniper. It will help with TLW but if it’s necessary is debatable. The greater FOV when hip firing lessens the flinch or at least appears to. A good build I like is: TLW and Fate Cry’s Fowl Enhanced Sniper Targeting Stompee’5 with Hand Canon dexterity

It's not bad. Lucky pants is rather underrated imo. The main perk is bleh but the hidden perks give u opening shot AND quickdraw on hand cannons. I main a rather weird loadout tho to maximize it bc it rewards swapping to a hc to finish off players. Last word/lucky pants pairs really well with a orewings maul bc the weakness of that loadout is shotguns and last word makes them somewhat counterable. Ive heard sniper/scout +last word works well too but I don't think ur truly maximizing lucky pants with those.
