It is just going to bring back the pulse rifle meta again. Pulse rifles already are really strong with 2-3 burst kills. Hand cannons you at least need some skill. Nerfing those 2 is bad. Boost other hand cannons too. Make damn Jotunn a power weapon and boost the power on it.

Luckily the Jotunn, shotguns, telestos, wardcliff, etc. is taking a lot of skill? Or pulse rifles which never ever miss. Or handheld supernova’s and shoulder charges.
