Revelry Jubilant Engrams
So I am definitely affected by the Revelry Jubilant Engram bug as I opened those engrams on multiple characters. My concern/question based on the resolution after the event has ended, is would I be awarded the items I am missing that were not properly “knocked out” from the engram system? I am missing a bunch of cool items I don’t want to miss out on and I’ve open a lot of these engrams. Thank you in advance.

2 RepliesHi Anubis. We are aware of an issue in which opening Revelry Jubilant Engrams on multiple characters may give duplicate items due to an issue with the knockout list. To avoid this, you should only open Jubilant Engrams on a single character until you receive all of the Engram's items. We will be reaching out to you and all players who encountered this issue to provide further resolution for your accounts in a future update after the Revelry event has ended.
