Don't fix only hand cannons!!
There are other types of gun to use but hand cannons have gotten so much attention for so long all other types seem to be completely forgotten in relation to pvp.
How about a pinnacle scout? Or are those filthy words on a bungie forum?

There is already pinnacle scout rifle the Oxygen SR3. You get it from completing strikes, heroic strikes and Nightfall strikes.

No hard feelings but even if other guns are buff handcannons do tend to look and feel cooler to use so if anything they should make better looking pulses and scouts like bad juju. Or people will still take on the cayde 6 fantasy, gun op or not.
