Someones a** hurt that their crutch is getting nerfed. It's a very good thing that it's getting this adjustment. It can out perform ANY PvP primary, and yet you're defending this.

Lol recluse has a faster ttk just saying. There are plenty of counters for Nf and Luna you just have to change your play style and stop complaining. Simple fix was make them exotics so you can’t pair with wardcliff

1 ReplyIMO if someone legit got any of those weapons (especially going solo), then it can't be considered a "crutch" for them. Now, it could be considered a "crutch" for anyone who got it by way of a recov and doesn't truly have the skill or fortitude to get it on their own. Most likely though, those people only get negligible benefit from the weapon anyway, so who cares.

Idk what the console meta is but I find it very hard to believe that there isn't a single gun that can compete with lunas/NF. Instead I think this is a case of delusional casual players convincing themselves that a gun is what's preventing them from competing in the crucible... And bungie has no choice but to cater to the largest portion of the playerbase.

I dont have any of those pinnacle weapons. I constantly do well against them. They dont " out perform " my primaries at all.

2 RepliesI just got it this season, just as so many others I have seen. It is no crutch, they are lethal in good hands, and good in shitty hands. I choose my Service Revolver over Luna's because then I get Recluse too. I had to fight plenty of Luna's on my way there, and there are plenty of counters. The nerf was far too much. Changing the archetype changes the weapon, maghowl on body shots is so -blam!- it's almost going backwards, and the people kicking your ass with Luna's will kick it still with whatever else, until that gets nerfed, too.

10 RepliesEither way you're still gonna get shitted on. We're just mad cause we grinded to legend to get a god tier gun only to have it changed because the vast majority of the community it that couldnt get it didnt like encountering it in quickplay.

It's not even a crutch. I think you're just mad cuz you dont have it. People dont outgun you because the weapon is good, its because they are good enough to get it and use it properly.

24 RepliesI don't use either of the hand cannons yet I'm against the nerf because it's either... 1) Not going to be nerfed enough, people will still use it and bad kids will continue to cry about it until it's nerfed again Or... 2) It's nerfed into the ground, good players will adapt to the next meta and the garbage kids will cry about that until it is also nerfed into the ground. And you would just get destroyed by a good player with a different gun. The only folks gleeful about the nerf are players that haven't been able to acquire the weapons. I solo'd my way to Luna's by beating Luna's players with Bygones. I'm not good enough at the moment to get to Not Forgotten. I just kept playing and kept improving.

im just going to say this is this really what happens when a weapon gets nerfed and so how do we still have a community when there is a constant war about something that people are happy about something while the other half gets mad about it. maybe we should instead of going at each over necks about this we just talk why it a good or bad thing
