What Does $500,000 Buy You in Your Area?
One of my favorite things to is to look at real estate in my area and the places I visit. So I'm curious as to what kind of house you could buy for ~$500k US in your area? What's the best deal? What's the craziest house in your market at that price point? Use Zillow or Trulia if you don't know where to go. Cheers!

2 RepliesEdited by Fixit: 4/25/2019 10:15:41 PM500K USD = 750K NZD. Cheapest in the area are around 480-490K NZD, house & land packages. (3 bedroom.) Spent 700K on my house which is pretty much the same just bigger section and higher spec. Nothing in my area really goes over 1 mil not big enough sections for Houses that size.
