This is my first time posting here and I'm not really sure it belongs here but if it doesn't I'm sorry. I recently got a pair of Astro A50s and I tried them for Destiny 2 but for some reason even though my mic was on and headset connected to the Xbox, the destiny 2 roster for destiny showed a sound symbol but without the sound lines(Link above to see a picture), like my mic wasn't on(I always turn on my team chat for comp but the sound thing is missing). But when I was playing I said "Hey Cortana" and she popped up so it's definitely not the mic or else she wouldn't pop up. So it might be the game not registering the mic or just a mistake on the roster but its been like this for a week. It might be working in game but the roster just doesn't register it but I didn't have any friends on Xbox so I couldn't test it. If there is a fix please leave a comment.
Thanks in advance
EDIT: Astro A50 Gen 3's mic does NOT work with destiny 2 but other games its okay, so its bungie's mistake(A lot of astro a 50 users mic didn't work in destiny 2 either)

It's probably because the XB1 is defaulting you to use the mic for Cortana instead of for in game chat. You have to make sure that your system in your settings is setup to use that microphone on your A50's as the default mic. Then also go into the settings of Destiny and make sure that it shows up in there as well. I usually play around with the settings in orbit until I see my mic showing up in the corner of the screen. I am not at my console right now but remember there is something you have to enable in the settings to get it to work. Also make sure you are not in an XB1 chat party as well as it will default your chat to that and not allow chat in game.
