will i get banned if i use logitech mouse software with the game?
a friend of mine were using a macro script on autohotkey and he got banned for it. he wasn't aimboting, i've witnessed it myself.
but yet bungie says:
"Aimbots vs Macros
It’s important to us that people with disabilities be able to use accessibility tools, which sometimes include simple automation. It’s one of the reasons why we fixed the Titan Skating macro issue in-game, instead of simply punishing people running automation tools. However, there is a clear line between macros and aimbots. Players who stray into the latter territory will find themselves no longer welcome in the Destiny universe. We’re currently in the process of banning a number of players on PC who have been detected using aimbots to unnaturally augment their skill. Defeating your opponents, whether they’re AI or other Guardians, should always be about your own skill. We’ll continue to make sure that’s the case."
all of this makes me so much confiused. i realy do appreciate if someone can tell me if the use of the logitech mouse software will get me banned or not!

3 Repliesscripts via AHK are different than a simple macro using the official software. AHK does in fact have scripts that function as aimbots.

I'm using it and have been for some time. I also have Razer's Synapse installed for my keyboard (and former mouse). Other than that, Bungie's not interested banning people for using software that controls their peripherals. They are interested in preventing software that attempts to inject itself into Destiny while it's running. This is the main reason why we don't have Discord and OBS integration with Destiny. Logitech Game Center, as well as similar software apps, don't inject themselves into games. They work at a more system level to interact with your device inputs.
