I disagree with this assessment. It is a good gun for PVP don’t get me wrong but I think that it is more about the gun’s archetype being one of the meta archtypes than the gun’s perks. You can compete in the crucible with guns like the Trust, Service Revolver, Ikelos, and Malfeasance which are all within that archetype. It is nowhere near the level of OP as certain weapons have been in the history of Destiny PVP. In order for a weapon to be deemed OP in my opinion it is a weapon (like D1 Thorn where the DOT would prevent people from regen) it needs to be something you almost have to have in order to compete. The Luna is nice but plenty of other weapons can compete with it in Crucible.
