check your character in the menu, it lists the "revelric light" effect there, which means you are under the effect of it. there is a difference between triggering it and being under the effect of it. Revelry 2019 keeps you under the effect the whole time. So yea the triumphs is written in a way that can be interpreted like that.

how can you be under it if it is not triggered?

cause it is an always on effect, similar to bright paragon, or any other effect that has a chance of doing something. the effect is always active

Im gonna take you through this step by step so u can understand in plain language. Open up your character look at where your buff and debuffs are right under the "Prime Attunment" buff is another one thats the "Revelric Light" buff. Its always on, its gonna stay on until the end of the event. So you are always under the effects of it until the event is over. Any orb u generate anywhere by any means is going to be done so while under the effect of Revelric Light by definition

Let me dumb it down for you. Open your character Look at where your buff and debuffs are hover over Recelric Light - copy it down and paste it here.

Describes what happens when its triggered. Still doesnt change the fact that you are always under its effect. Good try though but you've only dug yourself into a deeper hole at this point
