I have to say Hardlight's is the only failure for not fixing it's one problem.

Most of the catalysts are boring, uninspired, and pointless. Much like the destiny franchise 90% of the time, so it’s fitting. [spoiler]Although for the record I think the worst catalyst would be the one for Jade Rabbit. Oh boy I got more stability on a slow firing semi-auto weapon... [/spoiler]

Cerberus+1: - Impact Driver - Further Reduced spread while ADS and the scope tracks the round spread. - +10 Stability To Aquire: - Found in Strikes Against the Most Challenging Enemies. To Unlock: - 500 Kills in PvE - 200 Close Range Kills Ace of Spades: - Ace in the Hole - Precision kills with Memento Mori active move 1 round from your reserves to the mag, and returns a stack of Memento Mori. To Aquire: - Complete the mission “In Memoriam” in the tangled shore. (Whisper type mission) To Unlock: - 500 Scorn Kills - 200 Precision Kills - 200 Memento Mori Kills Malfeasance: - Explosive Shadow - Increases activation distance on Malfeasance Slugs. (Slugs no longer need to be on a single target. They need to be within a short distance.) - +10 Range To Aquire: - Compete Gambit Prime matches. To Unlock: - 500 Gambit Kills - 250 Reckoning Kills - Kill Shadow of Oryx on any difficulty Wish Ender: - Spiteful Wish - Precision kills on enemies temporarily increases one of the following at random: draw speed, accuracy, and reload speed. To Aquire: - Found through victory within the crucible. To Unlock: - 500 Precision Crucible Kills Lord of Wolves: - Devil’s Due - Repeated hits on a single target can ignite them. Precision hits are more likely to ignite. - +15 Stability To Aquire: - Found by making a deal with the spider and Complete the mission “Wolf among Lambs”. To Unlock: - 500 Fallen Kills - Open any chest in Scourge of the Past Raid. One Thousand Voices: - Infernal Screams - Explosions will linger if no enemies are near when they explode. To Unlock: - Complete Tier 3 of Reckoning - Kill Nockris within the Nightfall version of the Strange Terrain Strike with this weapon equipped. - Kill a Shadow of Nockris within Gambit with this weapon equipped Anarchy: - Field Prep - +15 Velocity To Aquire: - Found among the fallen’s rising machine god under the harshest of circumstances. To Unlock: - 250 Crucible Kills - 50 Multikills in Crucible - 5 Guardians killed in Super Black Talon: - Uldren’s Grief - Adds a third slash attack to heavy combo. To Aquire: - Found in the dreaming city by charging unstable wells of light. (Heroic Blind Well Completions) To Unlock: - Complete 100 Bounties from Petra. Weekly Bounties count more. (10 versus 1.) - Find 3 Relic Recordings around the Dreaming City. (Near each entrance to the Shattered throne area) The Queenbreaker: - Quickswap Firing - Double Tap Reload to swap scopes on the fly. To Aquire: - Complete Gambit Prime Matches. To Unlock: - Kill 10 Invaders in Gambit - Kill 100 Players while invading in Gambit - Kill 50 High Value Targets, Large Blockers, or Giant Blockers in Gambit. Thunderlord: - +10 stability, +10 Handling. To Aquire: - Found within the world. (World drop) To Unlock: - 1000 Kills - Complete 5 Heroic Ether Ritual Public Events. - Complete 5 Heroic Glimmer Extractor public events. Sorry for wall of text. The Hardlight Catalyst should have given it something like Under Pressure. As the magazine gets lower, it reduces the screen shake, and increases the stability. That extra stability boost it gives you right now does absolutely nothing on console, and I don't know why any of those dipshit devs thought it was a good idea to to give us this Catalyst without play-testing it to make sure it actually works.

Go into the Whisper mission green room to fill catalysts. You'll do ratking in 30 minutes. Jump down all the way in the back of the room. You'll have +16 minutes & can get +700 kills there in that time.

Grinding for oxygen still no drop for me

There have been worse. Mida, Vigilance, Huckleberry, Colony, Telesto, and Tractor to name a few. Their catalysts either did nothing or were just pointless. Mida: Faster reload on a weapon with reload equal to Drop Mag. Vigilance: Full Auto on a weapon with enough recoil that the 2 shot kill is very unlikely even with Harsh Truths. Huckleberry: 15 more shots refunded on a kill with a weapon that shoots faster and does more damage the longer it shoots. If only it's recoil was more manageable. Colony, Telesto, and Tractor: 1-3 more shots on weapons that kill in 1-2 shots and you only have a handful of shots im the 1 mode they do see use in.

I ran 4 strikes, got Prospector and Hardlight. I'm suspecting Hardlight will still be garbage once I complete it. Grinding the catalyst just reminds me just how bad a job they did with the weapon. That screenshake.

The prosecutor is a beast with its catalyst. The rat king is a beast on a skilled player for pvp with the fastest ttk if you hit all crits AND you get your health back when you reload to go invisible. Still working on the hardlight... but I am not a fan of that weapon because I suck with it.

The Rat King and SUROS Regime catalysts are great IMO, health on demand is a very powerful tool.

Surfs catalyst is great, rat king is good. I mean, you have them all and have used the already? Or is this based off of one gun and you decided to say they all suck even though you've only done one?
