Drifter quest "Hidden Messages" 6/7 bug

I just went through all the locations with the help of a guide, investigated all the tapes, currently have 6 out of 7 discovered, went through them all a second time and none let me investigate again. Can't complete the quest.

Have you tried deleting the quest & reclaiming from Drifter/Spider, then rechecking tape locations?
