RNG approaching high-statistical-improbability
Got a clan mate, Relicaloysius (gamertag, Xbox One) 70 clears of Last Wish, still no One Thousand Voices LFR. Is something broken? Surely it should’ve dropped for him by now. 70 clears!

Nothing broken. Just bad RNG. It’s only a 10% chance currently....was only 2% (or maybe 5%....can’t recall) before the buff. So there is still a much higher chance of not getting it versus getting it.
