If I'm aiming down sight and moving, sometimes the the game acts like I'm no longer clicking the mouse. Same thing happens with left mouse click if I'm firing with an auto weapon.
This started happening after the last windows update (1809). I tried uninstalling the mouse software, tried a new mouse, different keyboard. Unchecked "Hide pointer while typing" in windows additional mouse options.
If feels like the keyboard clicks or mouse movement interrupts the mouse press.
Windows 10 desktop. No track pad.
I ran dism, sfc and it did not help.
Any ideas?
======= EDIT =======
Solution:
I created a new windows user and it works normally with that account.
======= EDIT 2 ====== 2019-04-20
The problem returned when I gave the new windows account the "Administrator" role. When I switched it back to a standard account the problem went away.

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out to us about your mouse issue. The only thing I can suggest is to remove your CVARS.xml file to see if anything changes. If that doesn't work, you may want to perform a scan and repair in the Battle.net app to see if that may help with your issue.iler]
