Utility- Tactical/Trauma kit . Does it work ??
I just made Lt.Colonel and this piece is now available (along with a bunch of other cool stuff. My question is, Does the Utility Tactical?Trauma kit actually work ?? Can you heal yourself with it?? If not, I'm going to grab a couple cool helmets that I unlocked.

armour peices are purely cosmetic and have no affect on gameplay other than their looks as far as we know
