Nobody wants to sit in a game when they aren’t having fun. Why should players who clearly know they are going to lose due to being out matched by skill be forced to stay? Bungie needs to learn the difference between people leaving a match due to them not having fun because they are clearly outmatched and people probably AFKing or trolling.
