I think he means the super lasts too long, and you can make it all the way across the map (just like Nova Warp could) but doesn't have the brain cells available to string the sentence together.

The super lasts a fine amount of time the problem is light attacks not consuming enough energy allowing people to jump spam it to move faster. That’s the fix that needs to happen, super consumption via light attack
