Okay, I had no intention of writing here until this happened again for the 5th time.
I ran 3 nightfalls and 2 forges and didn't get my loot from those activities. This all can be verified by my clan mates and by checking my gameplay. Very frustrating please resolve this issue.
Items can be placed in my post master... Thanks.

Hey there. Thanks for your report. You may want to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]clear your console cache[/url] and check to see if that might help with your issue.

Sadly its like I said in a post. BUNGIE If you can not do a patch right stop doing patches for the love of god. All they do is make things worse then they were before.
