I tried to get my "Redeem Code" for products on the Bungie Store, and it goes through the "email verification required". I follow the steps, wait the couple hours after not receiving any email, and after days of trying, still nothing. I can pull up my past account activity, which seems fine, but if an item requires a code, i.e. Thorn items, I cannot acquire the code to get the price and order them, unlike before, where I had no issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, yes, I have completed the quest.

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out to us. You may need to use a major email provider, such as Gmail or Outlook, to receive the verification email. Apple/iCloud emails seem to be blocking Bungie Reward emails at the moment. We're working on that. Once you receive the email, verify it on your Bungie.net account then resend the Bungie Rewards email. Make sure to click "THIS LINK" when you receive the email.
