  • To me its that they have this mentality that we must play their game how they want us to play it and not how we want, they also seem to have an obsession with time spent in that we must spend as much time as possible in the game. Which is why we have so many design decisions that drag out play time a force a certain play style. Like bosses with immune phases, spamming the stopm mechanic, rare and grindy currencies in basic progression mechanics. Its all so we play the game how they want us to and spend the maximum amount of time possible doing it.
