Here we go (comment more and I'll add them):
--Many exotic weapons feel worse than legendaries.
When was the last time you pulled out Hard Light or
Sunshot? What about The Prospector or Crimson? So many exotics offer little to no benefits over a well-rolled legendary (for example, compare a Bygones with rampage and outlaw to a Vigilance Wing. Which would you prefer to use?)
--Scout rifles, auto rifles, and fusion rifles are garbage, with a few exceptions.
Scouts lose out to pulses, autos to hand cannons or shotguns, and fusion rifles have been a meme for years. While there are archetypes of these weapons that are viable in certain circumstances, as a whole they are underwhelming.
--Supers in PVP are nearly impossible to outplay using a neutral toolkit, and they are overly abundant due to super mods and orbs of light.
Most, if not all, snipers should be able to headshot kill a super. Two shotguns shots should as well. In their current state, even teamshooting a super isn't reliable. There are only two ways to reliably shut down a super: counter with your own, or use heavy. And, since the team that snowballs first typically has control of the heavy, the latter isn't an option--as for your own supers, by the time you have them the 3 spectral aids have farmed your team off spawn thrice, the god-tier dawnblade Korean overwatch player has picked up their orbs and is flying across the map lasering people, and Captain America gone purple is well on his way to his third super with doomfangs and ursa furiosa.
--Spectral Aids is tremendously unbalanced.
Wall hax, wombo combo, and an impossible to kill super that lasts forever with the now universally-held gwisin vest makes players ragequit. It's not uncommon to go into competitive and see an entire team of spectral aids, each running 5 super mods, of course.
--Masterwork cores hurt the game when they are required for infusion.
Despite there being dozens of posts demanding they be removed, some with over a thousand upvotes, Bungie refuses to do so, and due to their "philosophy" of trying to make our choices "meaningful", hard working players are unable to grab their pinnacle weapons.
--Strikes and missions are easy and boring.
The lack of loot doesn't help, either. Whoever designed loaded question and the oxygen must have been playing a ton of strikes; their mundane design befits the requirements to obtain them.
--Many quests and bounties are simply fetch quests with a handful of "talk to ____" thrown in.
Why do I have to go to the tower at all? There should be a system of grabbing bounties no matter where you are, a vault selectable from orbit, and eververse and vendors should sell their wares in space. I don't want to travel to the tower for five minutes, walk around grabbing bounties for another five, and then having to go to two different planets to talk to spider and petra. The tower should be what it says it is: a social space, where people can find fireteams and chat with other players.
--Updates to the sandbox/game are few and far between.
It took months to nerf nova warp, months to buff spectral aids, it's taking months to nerf spectral aids, scouts are still bad, many weapons still lack catalysts, there's still no solo queue or suicide penalty in competitive, hand cannons that aren't 180s still have bloom on console, and pc is dominated by AoS, the hand cannon with four perks.
--There are no skill trees for subclasses.
Remember when you could spec out your subclass in D1? That's gone.
--There is no way to transfer saves between platforms.
--30fps and slow loading times on console.
I guess I'll just let my Xbox One X or PS4 Pro be useless.
--Mercury.
--Bosses are all the same.
I wonder what mechanic this boss will have...oh he just boss stomps like every other one. Every. Single. One.
--Unnecessary nerfs.
I thought people were trolling when they said Bungie had nerfed Fighting Lion, but nope, they did. Also: Whisper, Sleeper, Queenbreakers, Orpheus Rigs, Ursa Furiosa, ect.
--No in game LFG.
Sure, there's guided games, but no one uses it.
--Titles locked by RNG.
I hate to tell you, but you're never going to get that last weapon or cosmetic. It just won't happen.
--Most Y1 gear is useless.
Give random rolls to them already. Since they only have one perk and can't have a mod, compared to most post-Forsaken weapons they're inferior.
--Exotic weapons can't have mods.
I want a rampage spec on my masterworked huckleberry. Please.
--We can't enter forges from orbit.
--Light level is an arbitrary grind.
The majority of time spent in-game after a new content release is spent grinding out milestones. I personally hate having to do flashpoints or heroic missions, yet in order to level up I sometimes do them anyway. Some people hate crucible, and don't want to play 5 games of super spam to get their third set of powerful gauntlets in a row. Content should be scaled based on difficulty settings, as is common with many games. Doing more difficult tasks could offer greater chances for exotics, curated rolls, and exclusive gear.
--Vendors are boring.
Selling the same weapons, week after week. We need a vendor refresh system like we had in D1.
--Most maps in the crucible are too small for 6v6.
--Most exotic armor is awful.
Usually they're only useful if they affect the super in some way. The neutral game in D2, whether in PVE or PVP, isn't impactful enough to reward buffs. (OEM and others excepted, of course).
--Glide still sucks compared to lift.
--The armor in this game is ugly.
Scatterhorn armor...eugh. The rest are only marginally better.
--Iron Banner has light level advantages again.
Because everyone loves getting "outplayed" by a sweaty 700 light player.
--Trials is gone, and probably won't come back.
While I never excelled at trials, it was a fun thing to do with friends every few months, and competitive is a poor substitute.
--Many animations are too slow.
Tether, barricade, rift, thundercrash, ward of dawn, etc.
--Eververse broke the promise of not being pay to win.
Guiding light, instant summon, and the ability to obtain armor can affect the game, and are not purely cosmetic.
Edit: added spoilers. I will soon make a laundry list of things right with the game, so look out for that.

Totally agree about auto's and fusions feeling very inconsistent and under powered.
-
'Tracking' on rocket launchers is garbage compared to D1.
-
3 RepliesTransferring saves isn’t on bungie I believe. I think that’s on Sony if I’m not mistaken. Could be wrong, but I would assume that it would have something to do with cross platforming, which ps is not open to at the moment.
-
1 ReplySometimes animations can be too fast like blade barrage.
-
11 RepliesI agree with most of the list but not the complaint about supers, one individual (not in their super) shouldn’t be able to shotgun melee or otherwise easily drop a roaming super, sure it sucks to get clapped by one but it’s a part of the game. When your super is up you can go do the same to others. I think strong supers promote adequate team play. People complain too often about everything, and it’s the worst when they complain about things that they have access to. Ps, you mention how broken you think Spectral Blades are (which requires an exotic for super extension), but look at the Striker titan (which requires nothing for super extension). You should try using Spectral Blades against any smart Titan/Warlock player. They’ll just jump away from you and you’ll never catch up. You may swipe at them a couple times and even hear the sound cue signifying that you’ve hit them but not get any damage. So it’s not as broken as you may think, just know what you’re competing against and play appropriately, don’t just complain

Percentages in a quest instead of set numbers. Ex: Pulse kills for Redrix isn’t 0/150 is out of 100%
-
Prospecter had the best dps
-
4 RepliesYou missed one: Losing progress IN A QUEST.
Chaperone and The Last One are rewards. It's one thing to do for a Ladder chart, but a quest should NEVER sit in a players inventory unable to be completed by anything other than CHOICE.
-
You forgot loss penalties in comp need to go OR ranks need to lock upon achievement to make the grind bearable.
-
I'll make it easier to read D2 is a mindless shell of a once fun game called D1. And then they made everything longer , less useful and more boring in this version. D2 is missing the FUN . It's that simple The core issue is a perfect example. It's just them proving they can make you play the game exactly how they deem it's done. And make sure to do that you have to do hours of boring play to maybe get a chance at some more worthless RNG . Power level 400 and 700 are identical.
-
Dude, you could of just said 'Everything feels weak and empty or missing' instead of typing all that out.
-
Iron Banner has light level advantages again.
I'm not certain that really is an issue. Especially since the advantage has been there for a long time. Not to mention that, IB is endgame content.

Bring trials back

This post struck me as a complaint more than issue identification. The game has issues. Yeah we all know. That’s why we play less and less if at all. Bungie doesn’t care what you, me, others think is broken or wrong with the game. Seriously, they never have. Bungle have their internal agenda and that’s what they go with regardless of what others would like to see in the game. Complaining does absolutely nothing so save yourself the effort.

1 Reply“the god-tier dawnblade overwatch Korean player”... that shite is funny right there... lmao! No kidding about the loaded question and oxygen quests... boring as hell. Loaded Question in performance is not as underwhelming as oxygen, maybe if scouts didn’t suck, but it takes 20 shots to kill a target.
-
1 ReplyYay constructive and actual good feedback with suggestions how to improve. Too bad it's things like this that Bungie puts up on a wall and laughs at instead of fixing any of these.
-
3 RepliesProspector kills Riven the fastest.
-
1 ReplyHe he he...spectral aids
-
i agree 100% with all of thi; i would've added "fix hit registration" to that list, im tired of being shot through a wall because lol y not
-
4 RepliesAdd some of the stupidest gamers out there to the damn list. Just had a guy on my team not use his super at during the game of countdown I just played. We barely won because the other guy and I actually knew what we were doing. Honestly, how do you forget to use your super?
-
It sounds like you really dont enjoy destiny.
-
Yeah, I agree
-
Soooooo..... nerf fusion rifles?
-
This list is actually impressive.
-
You hsould probably just to stick to the most important aspects instead of nit-picking.

Edited by reenry: 4/11/2019 11:42:03 PMConsole 30 fps and slow loading times... yes.. because Bungie has full control over the processing power of a console. Skill trees are more favorable imo and you are the first person to complain about it since launch. People like the skills trees, they syngerize really well exotics and other perks on the tree.
