Some weird developments. Played again last night and won through Mercy Rule. That time it counted and the bounty advanced and completed. Switched to another character and the bounty advanced fine up until a certain point. Then it too had issues. We then went to orbit, broke up the team and re-joined each other and it started to track again when we won the next game.
