How much of a fat, greedy, glutton does one have to be to sit around and eat while playing video games?

You don't have to be greedy or gluttonous to be fat: some people have a medical condition or disability that prevents them from getting enough exercise or are otherwise forced to stay indoors, others are on medications that induce weight gain and food cravings, while other people are simply born with a larger frame and evolutionary adaptability to retain excess calories as storage in case of famine. Either way, there's no reason to bodyshame and fatshame others: unlike capitalism, being fat isn't a moral or ethical failing.
