While grinding out a powerful machine gun frame at the volunder forge I finished the quest step of having it forged. I had a full inventory then a masterworked hammerhead appeared but I couldn't puck it up because of the full inventory. I went back to the tower and it wasnt at the post master and it appers to be entirely gone. Little bit frustrating for a pretty great drop especially because all of the hastle with completing the forge. Hope there is some way to have it recovered.
