Petition for Throwing Hammer to apply Melting Point

Edit: Could be a perk given by an exotic armor piece. Would be nice if it had a perk along the lines of (Roaring Flames causes melee energy to restore faster or something. Wouldn’t be infinite like Knife Trick on Blade Barrage, but would be more situational because it could be used on small Adds and on big bosses.)
