The Architects are divines worshiped by the first Titans. They believed that Architect Gods were responsible for the Golden Age fortifications and weaponry. However, this religion seemed to disappear as soon as the most Titans learned an actual architecture and nowadays is usually referred to as a joke. Zavala finds these jokes very offensive.
Citizens of the Last City often wear fancy capes and coats representing the Guardian fashion. It led to a few cases of local criminals assaulting Hunters and Warlocks down in the streets after mistaking them for another folk.
All Warlocks studying the Hive are tend to develop weird sexual deviations and fetishes related to "turning things inside out". Toland is no exception.
Zavala supports censorship of the civil media and science. He is responsible for few dozen books and researches on the Traveler, Hive and renegade Lightbearers being banned from publishing. Ikora officially remains neutral in order to keep her relations with different Factions.
There is an infamous Traveler Church in the City. It used to be well known for charity and support for war victims and outskirt refugees until its members suddenly started killing themselves with poison wishing to be reborn as the Traveler's Chosen. People say at least one of them managed to become a Guardian. These rumors keep the cult alive to this day even after it's considered illegal while other charity organizations had a rough times restoring their reputation.
According to the World's Grave data, the Leviathan's bodyparts which remained from the Worms feast are still decomposing back in the Fundament. Hive aristocracy pays huge attention to this process for some reason.
Osiris been dealing with the Vex since his very first days as a Guardian. Sagira found him among the burning plains of Mercury with teleportation systems as the only way to escape the planet. He spent years fighting Vex armies and experimenting with their structures just to get out of there. First time Osiris entered the Last City he was more experienced than Guardians decades older than him.
One of the forbidden doctrines claims the Traveler to be the primaeval God of Fear. Not because the Univerese is afraid him. But because he is afraid of the Universe.
Rasputin composes his own ballet. Ana Bray finds his music stunning and once suggested him using holographic projections to imitate a performance based on it. He refused however, saying that ballet must only be performed by a living person. That day Ana decided she has to learn classical dance and spent many evenings in Rasputin's Mindlab where they worked hard on improving both her choreography and his accompaniment.

You see, the Eliksni actually have an extra appendage on their lower arms that is used to vent excess gas buildup caused by metabolic processes. By docking the lower limbs, the Dregs are unable to vent this gas, and feel very uncomfortable all day. This means they are reluctant to take more ether than is required to survive, and are easier to manipulate by the stronger members.
