Crimson catalyst bugged progression - may be the gun itself

I will get a precision kill but the magazine will not replenish nor will I regain health. It is treated as a body shot kill, even when 1-burst kills the enemy & there are all yellow number on screen, indicating all precision hits.

Try resetting your console cache. If this doesn’t work can you provide a video/clip of this not working?
