Slideshot sniper really
Really bungie you put that perk on a sniper what the hell is wrong with you. That’s a perk that shouldn’t even be in a snipers pool of perks and yet here it is I finally get sole survivor and guess what I have to trash it because as usual you managed to screw it up. Come on it’s not that hard to separate perks by weapon class this is ridiculous.
All you have to do is give each class of weapon it’s own perk pool. Ex snipers rampage, box breathing mulligan, outlaw. Shot guns- slide shot rampage etc etc. only certain perks should cross weapons like rampage or kill clip or box breathing for snipers and linear fusions. But each class of weapon needs it’s own perks especially if the new gambit weapons are a pain in the ass to get

1 ReplyI could have some serious fun with a slideshot sniper. Hell, if it had snapshot / slideshot, I wouldn't complain one bit, especially for reloading quickly on my titan. To me, Drop Mag and Demolitionist are perks I wouldn't want on a sniper. Don't care for field prep either. The point is, not every roll is going to be what you want. What you consider trash others might REALLY want. What I hate could be your God Roll.. But limiting the pool is not the answer and only ends up limiting everyone from possibly getting what they want. You can have a smaller chance at exactly what you want or a 100% chance of never getting what you want. Your choice.

2 RepliesSlideshot is really good on a sniper. You should be sliding around for nearly the entire game anyways so it's a great bonus if you use the sniper as your main weapon. At least that's how it goes on pc for me, I don't really know how movement plays out on console.

Boxed breathing on a hand cannon and a shotgun with kill clip would be niceee

1 ReplyId use it, with code of the missile sliding over ammo partially reloads your mag and boosts damage, allowing high impacts to ohk to the body, with slideshot added to that id have a full mag ready for that crispy ohk action.

I'm wanting to get slideshot on the sniper is a great perk for PvP in general without reloading as often. Only downside is getting ammo compared to shotguns. And mid impact snipers and above need to be able to shutdown all supers with headshot.
