One: I think you rarely see hand held supernova because it`s tied to the nova warp super? And since it`s no longer a rampaging death machine it`s no longer abused. Two: Shoulder charge is once in a blue moon. Hammer of sol is so inaccurate u just need to jump to avoid the splinters and doesn`t heal u on kill (used to be because one eyed mask procced on super kills, no longer so), the arc super has not that great of an armor. BUT i agree with you that hunter have only one good super namely spectral blades. And that`s why a NERF is UNWARRANTED.
