Best way to grind the "for every rose, a thorn" lore book?
So I've heard it stated that about every 595 kills you get a lore entry, with it taking about 6500 to get all nine. Does anyone know how to best grind these kills? I've heard stuff about the whisper mission and also something about a mars heroic mission, any details?

Escalation protocols give lots of kills. You can grind the low levels solo for the most part and rack them up.
