Blackout is a terrible modifier for Reckoning
I'll be honest. Why have modifiers at all? This is some of the worst, most frustrating content to date.

It was terrible in the beginning but not a big deal now after the nerf. Ran 4 tier 2 reckonings with randoms with no problems. Just look out for yellow bars.
