I've been taken out in a Sunspot by a Dust Rock (with one stack of Rampage engaged) in Comp and a Chaperone slide shot. That's with running Resil of 5.
I'll try to get it recorded next time to post it somewhere.

While rampage is a situational buff, I don't know if it can still do it. I'm just not seeing any math supporting shotgunning supers. Perhaps you were already damaged but didn't realize it? I've pumped two Dust rounds into supers before to no avail.

Shotgun’d a few goldies at point blank range and always left them 1 shot.

Me too. Two dust rock and a melee on a sunspot titan. He survived and killed me.
