Take out bounties then add bounties. We already had a failed bounty system(spider). The fix was add scrapper bounties. Bounties can be the answer. Increase scrapper bounties to 75% drop rate for dismantling. There I burn 20 weapons. I get 15 bounties meaning 15 cores problem solved.

or just add it to the loot pool just like Exotics. not all of them are tied to a quest. why should cores be tied to Bounties? if cores were added to the loot pool all they would need to do is increase the drop rate to a reasonable degree and let us Farm them throughout the Destiny Universe. How can the gunsmith obtain cores and us God Slayers can't find any without the help from spider or Banshee-44?
