this is third time posting about this and have never gotten an answer from anyone. After forsaken dropped my frame rates have been abysmal compared to what I used to get. I would play 1080p 170 frames or so on medium settings before forsaken but now I am forced to play on the lowest settings in every category. Not only that, but I switched to a different resolution (I believe 1280x1024 or something like that) to try and help it, but it was fruitless. I now get 50-70 frames depending on where I am, but almost constant drops to 25 or so. I want to play this game but it is so hard to do so when my gameplay sucks. I've checked things such as thermal throttling, rolling back drivers, etc. but I have not found any of them to work. Am I unlucky or is it poor optimization?
PC Specs:
Intel i5-6600 3.3 GHz Stock, turbos up to 3.9 I believe
16 GB DDR4 2133 MHz Ram, running on dual channel
nVidia GTX 1060 3 GB
WD Blue 1 TB HDD

4 RepliesEdited by Golden: 3/26/2019 10:13:36 PMRyzen 1600 processor AMD 580 8gb I should run this game on high and have no problems according to benchmarks. Can’t even run the game on medium now. Like a month ago, I wasn’t having any problems at all. Smooth 60fps even on earth where frames drop like crazy. Even in PvP some times when I try to shield bash I get heavy frame drops. I checked all my components. All good. All my drivers are updated. Everything is good. So it can’t be me.

4 RepliesI want to keep updated on this too, I have almost the same specs except my core is I7 and my ram is 8 duel. Also is it 50-70 and random drops to 25 or lower for a little then it goes back to 'normal' or does it just drop. my issues started as soon as Joker's Wild dropped and I haven't got a response either.

Hey kcalvv. Appreciate you reaching out to us about this FPS issue. We're currently investigating FPS issues, but in the meantime here are a few suggestions which may help with your issue for the time being:
1. You might want to remove your CVARS.xml file to see if anything changes. 2. You may want to turn VSYNC on or off to see if that helps at all. You may also need to cap your framerate. 3. Some users have reported that lowering your clockspeed of your GPU may help with this.
