Did you really get Ddosed as in did you lose ALL internet??
If you suspect someone cheating then use the in game report system or fill in the form you can find by doing a search for "reporting players" on Bungie.net.
With enough reports they are then investigated and action taken if found to be cheating.

Thank you for the suggestions. First time i lost all internet, second time only got disconnected but the internet was working fine.

Than the second time was no DDOS, a DDOS effects your whole internet.
