How many exotic engrams have dropped for u since foresaken
It's nearly impossible to get them (based off of my RNG)

Getting Exotics haven’t been a problem but since I’ve started the Strum quest I’m waiting for an actual Exotic engram to physically drop from an enemy to progress the quest. Apparently they auto decrypt now and that doesn’t count. I’ve had two exotics drop since this weekend and nothing.

Going since Forsaken is a long period of time For me, let's go with since Black Armoury. Since that released, I have seen maybe 4 engrams drop in the world from an enemy

Ive gotten all exotics on my Titan (except raid exotics but thats cause i dont raid) and have had like 6 or 7 drop since Season of the Drifter

I got two in one day(both forsaken exotics) and a day later I got another to drop(non forsaken exotic).

I have all armor for my hunter but missing Arbalist and two raid exotic weapons . Haven’t played on Titan or Warlock.

Are you talking about wild engrams dropping or including exotics obtained at the end of activities or bounties? There is a big difference ! I have only ever had one wild engram actually drop and it was from the wanted enemy on the hallowed lair nightfall!

1 ReplyI don't count. But I got one of the new Warlock gloves last week. The one that lets you consume your grenade and turn it into a supercharged arc soul. VERY helpful in keeping your Warlock from being overrun by mobs.

I play 3 to 4 hours a night after my daughter goes to bed and I ALWAYS pop a fireteam medallion. Always. Everytime I log on I always pop one. Granted, most of my exotics are year 1 duplicates, but I still get a fair amount of exotic drops. The month of December I counted 10 duplicate year 1 exotics alone. Then during the holidays I got super lucky. 11th exotic drop was 1k Voices, and I got my last two warlock exotics and two new titan ones. I find that I will have a dry spell of anything new dropping for a couple of months, then I'll have one lucky week where I get everything new. Its also the activities you do. I may only get a few hours a night after my toddler is in bed, but I do ALL my milestones and try to raid once a week. Dreaming City has always been my lucky ticket to new exotics on all 3 characters. All those Dreaming City activities every single week have given me the most new exotics, especially Blind Well and Oracle Offering Bounty. [b]I never stopped doing Dreaming City every week even after hitting top level[/b] because, I'm a lore nut lol The Last Wish raid too gave me a lot of new ones. Thats probably why I've been fortunate, because I was so dedicated to the Dreaming City every week, even if I was top level. Those bounties and activities have always given me the most new exotics. I don't really think its how much time you have to play as much as its the activities you do. And those fireteam medallions! Hope this helps!

9 Replies10+? How is this even possible for some? I had 1! ONE! One engram drop! Then there were around 3-4 from milestones and the rest I had to rely on Xur. I also still dont have the Chaperon quest to drop for me.... :`(

2 RepliesDude I have been trying to get Lord of Wolves forever. I don’t know what they did, but ever since that “fix” to exotic duplicates all I have been getting is duplicates except the two tailed fox! Before that update I got every forsaken exotic with no issue. This needs to be addressed.

i haven't gotten an exotic engram since year 1, but exotics since forsaken, I have gotten about 5 or 6

41 exotic engrams in Forsaken. 15 on Black Armory. Haven’t kept track this season so far, but it’s been at least 5, I’d say.

I got Getaway Artist on the first day of this season. I got Jotun on my second run of Begusia. Queen-Breaker near the start of Forsaken. And that Sniper that can change it's element like Hardlight since day 1 of D2. Not to mention the quest related ones.

I've gotten a lot of exotic drops the problem is that they all pretty much been year 1 stuff. I would say after 3 -4 weeks if that i would get 1 forsaken exotic drop. Bungie did buff drop rate for forsaken one's but they did the same for the year one's as well cause that's all I'm getting now year one exotics. Bungie didn't give Xur a full make over like they claim the fated engrams guarantees a exotic you don't have but yet still only year one stuff.

3 RepliesI managed to get the shards of galanor, liars handshake, the ornament for liars handshake, exotic chair emote and one of the new exotic sparrows within 30 mins from playing on my hunter.

Had 4 drop this week. Before this week I only had 3-4 since forsaken.
