Good take on it, but I believe Gunsmith bounties are guaranteed and scrapper bounties were rng. Hopefully he will have 2-3 bounties a day.

They said WEEKLY so... even with RNG I always had 3 to 4 scrapper bounties every day or two. Seems like just a bait and switch to me.

I about got sad as hell and read it again. Fingers crossed this works. They SHOULD remove cores from infusion period. It’s a start I guess.
