The simple fixes in my mind are: -Comp should be made a team only mode. Rewards should be cosmetic as a bragging right. I.E. emblems, ornaments, even introduce armor glow or something that shows off a Comp achievement and players can be proud. -Quests and weapons should NEVER rely on Comp to be earned. -Stop making gun fixes for PVP. A better solution would be to restrict specific weapons that are OP in a PVP setting. Destiny universe is not predicated on Esports type gameplay yet it seems the studio is trying to move that way which if accurate would likely be a move to license teams in order to generate revenue.
